It depends on the product. Honey starts at 200 kg, spices and tea at 500 kg, millets at 1 MT, and rice and pulses at 5 MT. If you're a first-time buyer, we can usually work out a smaller trial shipment — just tell us what you need.

We're APEDA-registered and FSSAI-licensed, with ISO 22000, HACCP, NPOP organic, and Halal on file. Per-product certificates are listed on each product page; scan copies of the latest audits are available on request.

We ship regularly to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain in the Gulf, plus Germany, Singapore, and Malaysia. Most other destinations are quotable on request — send us your port and we will price it.

For new buyers we work on 30% advance plus 70% against scan copy of B/L, or 100% advance by T/T. Once we have a shipping history together, we can look at L/C at sight or extended terms.

Yes. We ship paid samples (cost plus freight) and credit the sample cost against your first commercial order. Sample weight is usually 200–500 g, enough to run your own lab checks.

For stocked lines we ship within 7–10 days of receiving the advance. Made-to-order or seasonal items (Alphonso mango, fresh produce) follow the harvest window — we will tell you up front before you commit.

Yes, for orders above 1 MT or 5,000 retail units. We can print your brand on the inner bag, master carton, and retail pack. Add about 15 days to the standard lead time for new artwork and plate setup.
